Justin was born and raised in Vancouver, BC to two immigrant parents from the Philippines. He is a young professional with a background in marketing and design. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2015 at Simon Fraser University. After five years as marketing professional he decided to pursue a career in immigration law.
In 2020 has graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies, and Procedures. Justin now specializes in Canada's caregiver programs, study permits, and LMIAs.
